To understand my journey, you must understand my roots. I grew up in a small town in South East Texas as the oldest of 3 kids. With parents in education and healthcare, I learned early the importance of responsibility, empathy, and service - values that still guide me today.
Building Empathy through Technology
After graduating high school, I moved to Dallas to attend The University of Texas at Dallas. This change in scenery provided me a place to grow in a diverse, fast-paced environment. While earning my degree in Information Technology and Systems, I worked at Apple as a Technical Expert. That experience taught me the importance of truly listening to people, understanding their challenges, and bridging the gap between technology and human needs. It was here that I learned how empathy fuels innovation.
With extensive experience as the voice of the customer and product management, I have successfully turned numerous ideas into impactful outcomes.
As I stepped into Product Management, I focused on creating clarity, efficiency, and measurable impact. Whether modernizing legacy systems, building dashboards to increase transparency, or driving digital transformation, my passion has always been helping organizations unlock their full potential thrugh technology. My career has spanned various industries (Big Tech, DoD, and Fin-Tech) showcasing a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver impactful results. For me, it's not just about building products - it's about creating outcomes that empower people and move businesses forward.
